Ho ordinato un set di tappetini per la mia auto ed il commesso (ragazzo con gli occhi azzurri) non vuole l anticipo e si prende il mio numero di telefono dicendo che entro 2/3 giorni i tappetini sarebbero arrivati. Non avendo ricevuto nessuna chiamata ritorno dopo 10 giorni e non solo i tappetini non erano arrivati ma si era dimenticato anche di avvisarmi. Prova a mettersi a telefono con altri fornitori ma niente, voleva prendere altro tempo con scuse e dava la colpa ai fornitori. Meglio non affidarsi a loro.
Absolutely bad experience. I ordered a set of mats for my car and the clerk (blue-eyed boy) doesn't want the advance and takes my phone number saying that within 2/3 days the mats would arrive. Not having received any calls, I returned after 10 days and not only had the mats not arrived but he had also forgotten to notify me. Try to get on the phone with other suppliers but nothing, he wanted to take more time with excuses and blamed the suppliers. Better not rely on them.
