β β β β β Sebbene non utilizzi molto il servizio in cittΓ , quando devo recarmi in stazione ferroviaria al mattino presto e non voglio disturbare i miei familiari o lasciare per diverso tempo la mia auto parcheggiata a pagamento, chiamo il taxi. Sono sempre stati professionali e puntuali e, all'occorrenza, mi hanno anche inviato una macchina piΓΉ alta per far sedere comodamente mia mamma, anziana e con problemi alle gambe. Buono il rapporto qualitΓ -prezzo e la professionalitΓ .
Although I don't use the service much in the city, when I have to go to the train station early in the morning and I don't want to disturb my family or leave my paid car parked for a long time, I call a taxi. They have always been professional and punctual and, if necessary, they even sent me a taller machine to sit comfortably my mom, elderly and with leg problems. Good value for money and professionalism.

β β β β β Chiedo il costo INDICATIVO di una corsa fornendo partenza e destinazione, risposta " non glielo so dire". Cerco di calcolarlo in base alle tariffe.... risultato: ho speso il doppio.
I ask for the APPROXIMATE cost of a ride giving departure and destination, answer "I can't tell you". I try to calculate it based on the rates .... result: I spent twice as much.

If it were up to the drivers, the service deserves more! But the telephone booking service is questionable ... they are really goofy.

β β β β β Servizio veramente pessimo! Arrivate in stazione ferroviaria alle 11.10 di domenica sera, al momento non era presente nessun taxi. Abbiamo chiamato quattro volte ricevendo sempre la risposta che non c'erano mezzi disponibili e di richiamare piΓΉ tardi. Nel frattempo ne abbiamo visti arrivare due chiamati da altre due persone. Abbiamo dovuto telefonare ad una persona che era giΓ a dormire e che si deve alzare alle quattro di mattina per andare a lavorare, per farci venire a prendere. Mi chiedo come sia possibile che non ci siano taxi disponibili a Udine, a tarda sera, in stazione con quattro gatti presenti. Dubito che ci sia in cittΓ una richiesta tale da non poter soddisfare il servizio! Disorganizzati!!!
Really bad service! Arrive at the train station at 11.10 on Sunday evening, at the moment there were no taxis. We called four times always getting the answer that there was no means available and to call back later. In the meantime we have seen two arrive called by two other people. We had to call a person who was already asleep and who has to get up at four in the morning to go to work, to come and get us. I wonder how it is possible that there are no taxis available in Udine, late in the evening, in the station with four cats present. I doubt that there is such a demand in the city that they cannot satisfy the service! Disorganized !!!
