Per ultimo ho scoperto che è stata aggiunta, nel passato, una vita nel manico, abilmente nascosta nelle foto, e che un pickup risulta difettoso. Negozio non consigliato. Al momento della richiesta cortese di consegnarlo a domicilio (anche a mie spese), mi è stato risposto che non era possibile, nonostante io abbia detto che avevo un'utilitaria (tant'è vero che nel tragitto verso casa, avevo la visuale posteriore totalmente ostruita). Dopo meno di due anni (con il prodotto in garanzia), si è presentato un problema ad un tasto. Nel momento in cui mi sono recato al negozio facendo presente la situazione e chiedendo se fosse possibile mandare un tecnico a domicilio (anche a mie spese, sebbene il prodotto fosse ancora in garanzia), mi è stato risposto che non era possibile, e sono stato invitato a fare un pacco e a spedirlo a mie spese (e non è questo che contesto) alla Yamaha, oppure portarlo al negozio, sempre nella stessa utilitaria e senza la confezione originale che ammetto di aver buttato via, e loro avrebbero provveduto a spedirlo alla Yamaha (sempre a mie spese). Nel momento in cui faccio presente che non sarei riuscito a trasportare la tastiera, date le dimensioni, mi rispondono "noi non agiamo per conto di Yamaha!", sebbene, al momento dell'acquisto, mi fu detto "per qualsiasi cosa, a disposizione!". Ho risolto il problema attivandomi da solo, usufruendo della garanzia, ma senza il benché minimo aiuto da parte del rivenditore. In merito al fatto che ha detto che avreste provveduto voi, confermo, però CON UN ESOSO COSTO DA PARTE MIA per l'imballaggio e la spedizione. P.S. come mai, ora é diventato ingombrante lo strumento?
