Direi che hanno guadagnato un cliente sicuro per la prossima occasione. Bravi e competenti.
I brought them my Apple TV which no longer worked. In 10 minutes they formatted it for me and didn't want to be paid. Now it works very well thanks to the software update they have added.
I would say they have earned a secure customer for the next occasion. Good and competent.
