My iMac was in a bad state and Rstore saved it, returning it to perfect working order with no data loss and with a much improved operating system. They offer a unique service that, until recently, has not been widely available in Milan. The new Milan Apple store is in high demand and Rstore offers a quicker alternative should you require it, with a good range of products. Patience and understanding are virtues that will serve you well when employing their highly complex services. Recommended highly.

I've delivered my macbook for a programmed Apple maintenance and I got it back with a broken internal speaker. After listening them producing weird excuses - they offered to charge me 100eu for a fix. No thanks.

I’ve gone to the R-store to repair the malfunctioning keyboard of my Macbook. Even though I stated and physically showed the exact problem (keyboard) while I was delivering the laptop, they requested me to give 50€ just for diagnoses (check-up) of the problem. After 5 days of diagnosing time, they demanded me to give 515€ to change the whole top case, battery and keyboard as well(!) and they did not told me that why the keyboard is not working even I ve asked many times. Besides, they wanted from me to give the price of the components(top case and battery) that I’ve never need to replace. Because my battery and topcase were already in good condition. As a result, Δ± did not accept the repairing and they took my 50€ for nothing.

I really cannot say whether they are competent or not... I have been trying to call this number for a week by now. During the service hours, the line goes down after you digit the "2" extension for assistance... outside the service hours it works, but obviously a registered voice invites you to call again during the service hours! The fact that they are not able to fix a phone, 1st line help desk is not promising....

Media store repaired my MacBook Pro and replaced the logic board, I have to say: outstanding! Two days and everything was finished! Never saw it happen faster! In addition they write you messages, when your device is fully repaired! Can't say how much I like this store and in many cases more convenient and less crowded than a real apple store!

The epitome of incompetence. If you've ever owned an Apple product you are more than capable to doing what they do. All I was told is where I bought my phone, which definitely solved my problem! And then, how much it would cost to buy a new phone, which would take a week! Who knew that buying a phone, which they clearly had in stock as someone was purchasing it as I was waiting for this "service" (waited for twenty minutes even with an appointment and staff just wandering around), could take a whole week! I didn't realize taking it out of your stock room and putting a credit card in a machine could take 168 hours?!?!? This is news to me. Don't go here unless you want them to try and sell you whatever they can. I told them exactly what I'd tried, what the problem was, why I couldn't solve it, what Apple help online had told me to do (bring it into a store. ha!), and how other people had solved the problem, but oh no!, he just looked at me with a blank expression and tried to sell me something. What a pleasant experience.

I went there to repair my macbook pro because I spilled some water on my keyboard. First of all I had to pay 60 euros for the check up. 6 days later I was still waiting for an email from them in order to receive the bill of the repair so I decided to ask for it myself, I then receive the email with a bill of 750 euros apparently they wanted to change the top case with battery and board logic so basically my whole computer when all they had to do is change the keyboard. I decided to bring my mac to another store and only paid 190 euros for the change of my keyboard and now it works perfectly. So to conclude the story the R-store is not only slow but they will charge you a lot for things that shouldn't even be replaced.

I took my wife's iPhone to change the battery , after taking an appointment through the Apple site. The service has been impeccable and the timing too.
