Nessuna indicazione per arrivare alla Riserva vera e propria. Ho fatto un viaggio inutile e non sono arrivata alla mia destinazione. Fatto disdicevole. The location is incorrect. All indications lead to offices that apparently deal with the Reserve. No indication to get to the Reserve itself. I made a useless journey and did not arrive at my destination. Unfortunate fact.

Peccato sia poco valorizzato nelle guide ai percorsi naturalistici della Sicilia... Recinzioni e sorveglianza assenti, ne fanno facile preda di vandali, piromani e soprattutto tombaroli dato che é anche un sito archeologico tra i più importanti e bistrattati della Sicilia centrale. Questo il motivo delle tre stelle altrimenti ne meriterebbe 10... Naturalistically a breathtaking place worthy of the best westerns of Sergio Leone ... A	Alessandro Belbruno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lungo il fiume capodarso era presente un bellissimo percorso adibito a riserva naturale orientata ora inaccessibile a causa di frane e smottamenti e all'incuria e l'abbandono. Un progetto iniziato con le migliori intenzioni ma finito male. Ho provato ad accedere all'area qualche tempo fa. Il cartello delle indicazioni ormai scolorito dal tempo e coperto dalla vegetazione. Procedendo per qualche centinaia di metri nel percorso si arriva ha una recinzione che blocca il passaggio al percorso che per diversi chilometri costeggiava il fiume. Un vero peccato, perché percorsi il sentiero una quindicina di anni fa e rimasi colpito dalla bellezza naturale del territorio. Si spera davvero possano rimettere in sicurezza e riaprire il sentiero. T	Tosca J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è suggestivo e sicuramente bello, ma è impossibile compiere più di 100 metri, perché un cancello sbarrato preclude il percorso. Molta gente scavalcava il cancello, nonostante l'avviso di proprietà privata. Noi ci siamo fermati e non abbiamo visto molto... È possibile posteggiare l'auto nei pressi della riserva, perché ci sono degli spiazzi,sebbene siano attaccati alla strada. Ci entra anche un camper. Trovare l'accesso è un po' difficile, dovete posteggiare dove ci sono questi spiazzali e scendere sotto il ponte autostradale. Da li vedrete il ponte Capodarso. Passato il ponte Capodarso (quello antico) dandovi le spalle,alla vostra destra c'è un cancelletto che si apre. Da li potrete affacciarvi e vedere il fiume Imera scendendo qualche gradino. Andando avanti sulla strada,invece, fatto qualche passo, trovate un cancello sbarrato e non vi resta che tornare indietro. After the Capodarso bridge (the old one) with your back to you, on your right there is a gate that opens. From there you can look out and see the river Imera by going down a few steps. Going forward on the road, however, after a few steps, you find a barred gate and you just have to go back.
S	Salvatore Arcarese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente il posto merita tantissimo, purtroppo è poco conosciuto e poco pubblicizzato, viene preso d'assalto solamente durante la coppa nissena ma poi nessuno si ricorda di questo magnifico posto. Non è presente alcuna segnaletica che ne indichi l'ubicazione e fino a qualche tempo fa non esisteva nemmeno su internet.. che ben venga la tecnologia se usata per ricordare che esistono questi splendidi luoghi. Certainly the place deserves a lot, unfortunately it is little known and little publicized, it is taken by storm only during the Nissena cup but then nobody remembers this magnificent place. There is no signage indicating its location and until some time ago it did not even exist on the internet .. that technology is welcome if used to remember that these beautiful places exist.

The most beautifull view point is from an old bridge and a small natural tunnel inside the rock. Bad managed in all the things like most natural areas is Sicily.
