Durante la vendita, cordiali e distesi, a conclusione di contratto iniziano a variare le carte in gioco nonostante un contratto scritto. Dicono di permutare la mia macchina per una cifra e dopo poco mi dicono che vale la metà. Dicevano di fare il tagliando alla vettura e poi il tagliando nn lo avrebbero più fatto. Delusione totale... Affaristi e niente più. Ho dato una stella SOLO perchè è il minimo. They are the worst sellers in history ... During the sale, cordial and relaxed, at the conclusion of the contract they begin to vary the cards in play despite a written contract. They say to trade in my car for a sum and after a while they tell me it's worth half. They said to have the car serviced and then the service would not do it again. Total disappointment ... Businessmen and nothing more. I gave a star ONLY because it is the minimum.

Km dichiarati 52000 ma non credo Company car without coupon booklet and they invented an apology saying that the company kept them to unload VAT on the coupons, things that I believe are false and the car is never passed through opel. Km declared 52000 but I don't think so

Scarsa professionalita' e serieta' . DA EVITAREEEE ! ! ! Fairly fraudulent. They start with the usual talk of scam (like a company car coming from a rental in the north with kilometers climbed). Poor professionalism and seriousness. TO AVOID! ! !

L'auto sembrava perfetta ed i venditori professionali, al ritiro, logicamente dopo aver pagato TUTTO però le cose sono cambiate. Per prima cosa ho notato che il parabrezza era scheggiato e loro mi hanno detto che "non ci avevano fatto caso" poi ho notato che non c'era il ruotino di scorta. Per il parabrezza ho dovuto lasciargli la macchina un pomeriggio per fargli fare una riparazione per la ruota dopo 4 mesi di inutili solleciti e telefonate ho dovuto provvedere io e quando ho presentato la fattura del ruotino acquistato questi signori mi hanno riconosciuto la metà. Per cui sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto di auto presso questa concessionaria e soprattutto è evidente la loro poca professionalità e correttezza verso i clienti. I bought a ford c Max at this dealership in July 2017. The car looked perfect and the professional sellers, upon collection, logically after paying EVERYTHING, however things have changed. First I noticed that the windshield was chipped and they said "they hadn't noticed" then I noticed that there was no spare wheel. For the windshield I had to leave him the car one afternoon to make him repair the wheel after 4 months of unnecessary reminders and phone calls I had to take care of it and when I presented the invoice of the wheel purchased these gentlemen recognized me half. So I strongly advise against buying cars at this dealership and above all their lack of professionalism and fairness towards customers is evident.

Dopo anni ho optato per un Astra usata e per questioni amministrative sono ritornato da RGM dove ho ritrovato ancora ,professionalità e disponibilità . Ci ritornerò per una nuova auto. I purchased 2 Opel. The first a new race and the assistance from the employees was from 10. After years I opted for a used Astra and for administrative reasons I returned from RGM where I found again, professionalism and availability. I will return for a new car.

During the purchase process I was followed by Antonio Labonia who was very kind in following me throughout the process, from the sale to the scrapping of my old car.
