★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo esperienza negativa, ho acquistato non da loro un idropulitrice lavor che fin dal primo utilizzo non aveva una pressione sodisfacente, sono andato di persona con l' idropulitrice a farla provare a loro e mi e stato detto che cosi va bene e che e poco più di un giocattolo che non riuscirebbe a pulire un muretto sporco di fango. Ho pagato il dovuto per la prova e dopo qualche giorno ho contattato un altra assistenza che non so cosa abbiano fatto non mi e stato spiegato hanno risolto il problema ora sono pienamente sodisfatto.
Consiglio a questi signori di ascoltare più attentamente i clienti.
Unfortunately, a negative experience, I did not buy a Lavor pressure washer from them that from the first use did not have a satisfactory pressure, I went in person with the pressure washer to let them try it and I was told that this is fine and that it is little more of a toy that would not be able to clean a muddy wall. I paid the amount due for the test and after a few days I contacted another assistance that I do not know what they did and it was not explained to me they solved the problem now I am fully satisfied.
I advise these gentlemen to listen more carefully to customers.
