Ecco qui l’azienda Rams ha peccato nei nostri confronti. Abbiamo più volte sollecitato telefonicamente i problemi ( alcuni dei quali ci impedivano di lavorare) e tutte le volte hanno dato “BUCA” agli appuntamenti. L’ultima richiesta di aiuto ha lasciato solo due spuntine blu su Whatsapp, ignorando di fatto, quello che un’azienda seria dovrebbe offrire, ovvero il POST VENDITA. Mi spiace ma dall’altra parte è mancata la buona volontà di risolvere il problema e crediamo, nostro malgrado, che a monte di tutto manchi la serietà. Esperienza da dimenticare. We repeatedly solicited the problems by phone (some of which prevented us from working) and every time they gave "BUCA" to the appointments. The latest request for help left only two blue snacks on Whatsapp, effectively ignoring what a serious company should offer, namely POST SALES. I'm sorry, but on the other hand, there was a lack of willingness to solve the problem and we believe, despite ourselves, that seriousness is lacking upstream. Experience to forget.

Professionalism, seriousness and competence are the fundamental characteristics of this company. They took care of the entire restyling of my commercial space and made themselves available to solve any problem. Highly recommended!
