★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, da sconsigliare a chiunque! 2 settimane di ritardo su una consegna assicurata in 48-52 ore. Operatori incompetenti, guidati da un responsabile che non si assume la responsabilità neanche di controllare una tracciabilità. I servizi offerti da quiposte, in cui é prevista una tracciabilità completa del pacco e contatto diretto con i corrieri, sono completamente inesistenti. Gli operatori dell'ufficio si limitano a fornire false informazioni, e a disinteressarsi completamente del proprio lavoro. Dopo innumerevoli chiamate, in cui non sapevano cosa dirci, ed ogni operatore aveva un suo parere sulla questione, addirittura ci chiedono di contattare personalmente i corrieri o le ditte di spedizione, eludendo indifferentemente le policy dell'azienda. Fino ad oggi, 14 giorni di ritardo, non sapevamo il pacco dove fosse. Nessuno si é degnato di interessarsi all'accaduto, ne di fornirci informazioni veritiere. Dal 16.12 ci hanno assicurato che il nostro pacco fosse arrivato in germania, quando invece é arrivato il giorno 28.12... Ma la truffa peggiore é assicurare una consegna all'estero in 48-52 ore, quando tutti i corrieri che abbiamo contattato personalmente, ci hanno riferito di un tempo minimo di attesa di 4-5 giorni lavorativi. Sono ancora in attesa da 4 giorni di ricevere info sulla policy dei rimborsi di Quiposte dal "responsabile". Servizio indecente, per non utilizzare parole forti...
 Bad service, not to be recommended to anyone! 2 weeks delay on an insured delivery in 48-52 hours. Incompetent operators, led by a manager who does not even take responsibility for checking traceability. The services offered by quiposte, in which a complete traceability of the package and direct contact with the couriers is provided, are completely non-existent. The office workers are limited to providing false information, and completely disinterested in their work. After countless calls, in which they did not know what to tell us, and each operator had his own opinion on the matter, they even ask us to personally contact the couriers or shipping companies, indifferently evading the company's policies. Until today, 14 days late, we didn't know where the package was. Nobody deigned to take an interest in what happened, nor to provide us with truthful information. From 16.12 we were assured that our package had arrived in Germany, when instead it arrived on 28.12 ... But the worst scam is to ensure a delivery abroad in 48-52 hours, when all the couriers we have contacted personally, they told us about a minimum waiting time of 4-5 working days. I have been waiting for 4 days to receive information on Quiposte's refund policy from the "manager". Indecent service, not to use strong words ...
