★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo sotto tutti i punti di vista, disorganizzato, non risponde alle richieste, non richiama e non fornisce alcun servizio. Mi volevano far cambiare la scheda di un condizionatore quando invece il mio inquilino aveva solamente fatto confusione con il telecomando...... roba da chiamare striscia la notizia! Sconsigliato!!!
bad from all points of view, disorganized, does not respond to requests, does not call and does not provide any service. They wanted me to change the card of an air conditioner when my tenant had just messed up with the remote ...... stuff to call the news! Not recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fate il mio errore , non lo consiglio affatto sto quilici...0 stelle se c'erano !!Ho chiamato dicendo che mi si era danneggiato un raccordo descrivendo anche bene il modello e tutto ; sorpresa mi chiama una persona senza mia richiesta dicendo che è nei paraggi e non gli costa nulla ...fatto sta che pensavo avesse il pezzo comunque invece viene ,guarda la caldaia che io stesso avevo aperto e controllato e mi dice che si è danneggiato il raccordo che avevo già descritto , in pratica alla fine mi dice che prima di 7 giorni non posso averlo e che tutto il lavoro verrebbe 110 euro considerando che la caldaia l'ho pagata 170 euro online ! Gli rispondo che non ho intenzione di pagare tutti questi soldi e che cmq siccome avevo descritto il pezzo dovevano portarmelo o sennò che sono venuti a fare..fine della storia mi chiede anche i soldi della chiamata ..30 EURO ..come descrivere queste persone ...

I tecnici sono sempre venuti rapidamente, di solito lo stesso giorno, quando c'erano problemi con l'acqua calda o il riscaldamento - e hanno sempre trovato una soluzione. (La signora al telefono è sempre gentile e dedicata.) ...E infine trovo i prezzi giusti...
