★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colazione con famiglia alle 8:30 e locale completamente vuoto: richiesta di 3 cappucci e 4 brioche. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un quarto d’ora e più, perché la ragazza ha fatto passare avanti due signori che conosceva, locali, servendo prima loro!!! Non mi ha scocciato aspettare e finire quasi la colazione :( perché ho pazienza e sono in vacanza, ma il fatto del servizio diversificato se sentono che non sei locale. Poi arriva con cappucci e fa il sorrisetto…bocciata: servizio poco serio e poco efficiente!
Perso clienti, anche se non originari del posto, ormai locali da un paio di anni!!!!
Risposta: Il giorno era la mattina del 4 agosto verso le 8:30. Purtroppo avrà anche ragione sull’atteggiamento da parte di alcuni di voi dello staff, ma quel giorno la persona che mi ha servito avrà “peccato” di ingenuità a servire prima persone conosciute arrivate dopo piuttosto che “turisti” arrivati prima :( La ringrazio comunque della sua premura, precisazione e serietá nel risponderci e risolvere l’accaduto per una prossima volta. Arrivederci alla prossima.
Breakfast with family at 8:30 and completely empty room: request for 3 caps and 4 brioches. We had to wait a quarter of an hour or more, because the girl let two gentlemen she knew, locals, pass by, serving them first !!! It didn't bother me to wait and almost finish breakfast :( because I have patience and I'm on vacation, but the fact of the diversified service if they feel that you are not local. Then he arrives with hoods and smiles ... rejection: not serious and inefficient service !
Lost customers, even if not originally from the place, now local for a couple of years !!!!
Answer: The day was the morning of August 4th around 8:30 am. Unfortunately he will also be right about the attitude on the part of some of you of the staff, but that day the person who served me will have a "sin" of naivety to serve first known people who arrived later rather than "tourists" who arrived earlier :( Thank you anyway of his concern, precision and seriousness in answering us and solving the incident for a next time.
