Un sentito grazie alla signorina Paola , per il primo contatto telefonico nel quale ha , con dettaglio, le condizioni e costi di assistenza. Un consiglio rendo alla mia azienda e ad altri che utilizzano le Epson, ossia l usare cartucce originali ( unica nota dolente delle stampanti Epson , le compatibili seppur di qualità , dopo un buon numero di stampe , rovinano le testine di stampa). Dopo una settimana circa sono stato ricontatto e mi è stato detto che la testina era da sostituire perché non era possibile rigenerarla ne tanto meno rispondeva ai vari cicli di pulizia. Insomma era bruciata. Spesa per la sostituzione più di 80 euro, ovviamente proposta irricevibile visto che una stampante nuova si trova alla metà di questa cifra. Ho ritirato la stampante e ho pagato l'intervento di verifica. Morale della storia visto che normalmente non mi dó per vinto dopo aver visto la stampa di verifica completamente bianca ho provato a iniettare alcool denaturato negli ugelli della testina e ho avviato un ciclo di pulizia. La stampante ha ripreso a stampare perfettamente. Non so cosa sia stato fatto o non fatto sulla mia stampante, in tutti i modi, se necessario posso erogare consulenza, anche gratis. Che delusione. I brought in a printer that was no longer responding to black printing. In short, it was burned. Replacement cost of more than 80 euros, obviously inadmissible as a new printer is half of this figure. I picked up the printer and I paid for the verification. Moral of the story since I don't normally give up after seeing the completely white test print I tried to inject denatured alcohol into the nozzles of the print head and started a cleaning cycle. The printer has resumed printing perfectly. I do not know what has been done or not done on my printer, in all ways, if necessary I can provide advice, even for free. What a disappointment.

Sicuramente ci ritornerò per acquistare cartucce originali! Recommended by Mediaworld, they repaired the printer under warranty in 6 days. They replaced the print head and instructed how to best use the printer. I will definitely be back to buy original cartridges!
