A	Alessandra Annarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedì siamo andati in questura a Udine per chiedere informazioni per un visto di ricongiungimento familiare per mio marito che mi ha raggiunta dagli USA. Siamo arrivati alle sei del mattino per poter prendere uno dei 30 numeri disponibili. Alle sette e mezza abbiamo ricevuto il numero 4. Quando lo sportello 5 ha aperto alle 8:30, sono riusciti a completare i documenti di solo due persone. L’impiegato dello sportello 5 poi è sparito lasciando il resto delle persone che aspettavano fuori in fila al vento gelido per ben due ore e mazza. Quando ho chiesto all poliziotto addetto alla porta quale fosse il ritardo, mi ha risposto che il l’impiegato dello sportello sarebbe tornato dopo aver risolto delle cose personali. Ancora non riesco a credere che un impiegato possa abbandonare il posto di lavoro per più di due ore senza curarsi di tutte le persone che aspettavano di essere aiutate pur sapendo che molte dovevano tornare sul lavoro e non curandosi che fosse una mattina particolarmente fredda. Sono scioccata che non ci sia qualcuno che possa sostituire l’impiegato in una situazione in cui si debba assentare e che sia normale che le persone lì per ricevere un servizio possano essere trattate in tal modo. On Monday we went to the police headquarters in Udine to ask for information on a family reunification visa for my husband who joined me from the USA. We arrived at six in the morning to be able to pick up one of the 30 numbers available. At half past seven we received number 4. When counter 5 opened at 8:30, only two people were able to complete the documents. The employee of counter 5 then disappeared leaving the rest of the people waiting outside in line in the freezing wind for two hours and a sledgehammer. When I asked the policeman at the door what the delay was, he replied that the counter clerk would be back after solving some personal things. I still can't believe that an employee can leave their job for more than two hours without caring about all the people waiting to be helped even knowing that many had to get back to work and not caring that it was a particularly cold morning. I am shocked that there is no one who can replace the employee in a situation where he has to be absent and that it is normal that the people there to receive a service could be treated in this way.

A	Andrea Adorati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizzazione terribile degna della più sgangherata Repubblica delle banane; da due anni ormai organizzano file di disperati lasciati al freddo, pioggia, neve etc nell'attesa di poter accedere agli sportelli per normalissime operazioni. Gestione inadeguata di tutte le problematiche che dovrebbero gestire ( con una chiara volontà di fondo di mantenere questo status Quo). Terrible organization worthy of the most ramshackle Banana Republic; for two years now they have been organizing lines of desperate people left in the cold, rain, snow, etc. waiting to be able to access the counters for normal operations. Inadequate management of all the issues they should manage (with a clear underlying will to maintain this status quo).
