T	Toni Z. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stasera ci sono andata per la terza volta in un arco di tempo abbastanza lungo,sperando di riuscire a mangiare un cartoccio di patatine fritte(che consumerei ogni giorno)come piace a me, molto più genuine e gustose di quelle sottili e senza gusto del Mc Donald's.Le prime due volte,trovando due ragazzi diversi dietro il bancone,entrambi gentili,le patatine affogavano nelle salse,anche se nel secondo caso avevo chiesto di metterne di meno,e inoltre c'era poco sale.Apprezzo,comunque,la cortesia loro di volere abbondare anzichè mettere troppa poca salsa.In un locale pulito ed esposto al freddo glaciale del centro,stasera ho trovato il coraggioso e sorridente Alessandro,cordialissimo ,abile nel seguire il protocollo di preparazione delle patatine,come so che la casa impone.Mi ha dato una porzione generosa, le patatine erano fritte al punto giusto e le ho mangiate tutte dall'alto del cartoccio al fondo,lasciandone solo pochi frammenti finali(ma ci avrei infilato le dita per recuperare anche quelle) e ,come richiesto,mi ha messo la quantità di salsa che desideravo per evitare l'effetto pasta al pomodoro.La conclusione è :Grazie,Alessandro.Le patatine erano buonissime,anche migliori di quelle che mangio in via Nazionale,a Roma. The chips are good, the sauces are not excellent, the wait is long, the prices are really high, the workplace is a little dirty and in a mess. Chiedo io incredulo...e lui con la sua vocina timida è quella tenerissima s moscia..."no, non ci sono mai stato ?"..."allora Sabato ci andiamo" ribatto io! ..."allora?, ti piacciono?" Chiedo,..."mhh, credo proprio che siano le patatine più buone che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia" risponde lui. Buonissime, davvero tra le più buone che ho mangiato, ho provato tutte le salse e a mi piacciono quasi tutte... Non si può passare di lì e tirare dritto...devi provarle per forza!! "Haven't you ever eaten Queen's Chips?" I ask incredulously ... and he with his shy little voice is that tender s love ... "no, I've never been there ?" ...
