Abbiamo fissato un appuntamento per le 9:00, alle 9:10 eravamo in negozio e abbiamo lasciato il nostro cagnolino, il signore (credo il proprietario) ci ha detto di tornare alle per le 10:30/10:45, così, alle 10:30 ci presentiamo al negozio per ritirare il nostro cane e dopo 1:20 min, Toby NON ERA PRONTO, anzi, non lo stava nemmeno tagliando il pelo. Giovanni (il sig della toellettatura) stava tollentando un altro cane e, ci ha detto di ripassare dopo perché ancora ci voleva. Ma io dico, se siete in due a lavorare, non puoi prendere l’appuntamento per 5 CANI, si avete letto bene, c’erano ben 5 CANI legati che si lamentavano, povere gioie. Così per colpa loro, abbiamo dovuto rimandare un appuntamento da un’altra parte perché non facevamo in tempo ad arrivarci, per la MANCANZA DI PROFESSIONALITÀ di chi ci lavora. Alle 11:30 ritorniamo al negozio e Giovanni stava finendo il nostro cagnolino, si dopo un’ora NON aveva finito! Appena arrivati in cassa, abbiamo, giustamente, chiesto uno sconto dato che abbiamo dovuto aspettare ben DUE ORE E MEZZE. La signora, SGORBUTICA e MALEDUCATA, ha detto che non poteva fare nessun sconto che ci avevano messo tanto perché magari il cane era conciato male, STIAMO PARLANDO DI UN CANE DI 7KG che era stato tollettato neanche due mesi fa! La carissima proprietaria, non ha avuto nemmeno la bontà di regalare un MISERO biscottino da 80 cent che avevamo preso per cucciolo, dunque, io qua non ci metto più piede! PLACE TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY for the lack of respect and education of the owner! The lady, SGORBUTICA and MALEDUCATA, said that she could not make any discount that they had taken so much because maybe the dog was in bad shape, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A 7KG DOG that had not been tolerated two months ago! The dear owner, did not even have the kindness to give a MISERO 80 cent biscuit that we had taken for a puppy, therefore, I don't set foot here anymore!

La pensione per i cani è ottima pulita e ha spazzi abbastanza ampie, ma mia cagnetta si trova benissimo. High level competence and professionalism. Willingness to listen and give excellent advice.
