Non lasciano materiale di scorta per eventuali sostituzioni. Interpellati, tergiversano sempre, e, se il cliente, giustamente spazientito, presenta le proprie rimostranze, viene pure insultato. Ditta da sconsigliata nel modo più assoluto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assegno una stella perché zero non si può! Inaffidabili, non professionali e disorganizzati! Abbiamo segnalato stucco mancante tra le piastrelle, piastrelle rotte e imbrattate di silicone ecc.. e abbiamo dovuto sollecitare la riparazione per mesi.
Anche le scorte abbiamo dovuto sollecitarle per mesi, per non parlare del fatto che ci hanno perso una piastrella!
Pessima esperienza! Non li consiglio!!!!
I assign a star because zero can't be done! Unreliable, unprofessional and disorganized! We reported missing grout between the tiles, broken and smeared silicon tiles etc. and had to request the repair for months.
We also had to solicit stocks for months, not to mention the fact that they lost a tile!
Bad experience! I do not recommend them !!!!

Apprezzabile il lavoro svolto con il prodotto richiesto grazie alla competenza del personale che ben ha guidato l'intervento dalla scelta dei prodotti alla posa stessa senza approfittarsi di 2 educati pensionati. ?
