★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso giudicare l'operato del dottore (che sicuramente sarà bravissimo), ma posso giudicare la professionalità dello studio dal punto di vista del rispetto del tempo del paziente. Dopo avermi fissato un appuntamento, mi diceva che sarebbe slittato di un'ora circa. Bene, abitando in zona torno a casa e mi ripresento quando concordato. Dopo altri 40 minuti buoni di attesa sul lettino, decido di andarmene, parecchio innervosito.
Zero scuse da parte dello staff. Grazie a mai più.
I cannot judge the doctor's work (who will certainly be very good), but I can judge the professionalism of the practice from the point of view of respecting the patient's time. After making an appointment for me, he told me it would be postponed by about an hour. Well, living in the area I come home and come back when agreed. After another good 40 minutes of waiting on the bed, I decide to leave, quite nervous.
Zero apologies from the staff. Thanks to never again.
