Arrivato il giorno la recruiter mi informa che, siccome la sua collega ha avuto un impegno e non può essere presente, il colloquio si sarebbe scolto lo stesso ma, poichè anche la collega ci tiene a conoscermi, sarebbe stato necessario fissarne anche un altro.
Acconsento, faccio il colloquio e al termine ci accordiamo per lo step successivo: durante il colloquio tecnico sarebbe stata presente anche la collega.
Se non fosse che, arrivato il giorno, questa volta non è la collega ma il tecnico a mancare: "ha avuto un impegno", mi si richiede quindi di fare lo stesso anche questo ulteriore colloquio conoscitivo, ripetendo le stesse cose che avevo già detto nel precedente, per poi fissare un'altra data per il colloquio tecnico.
A questo punto perdo la pazienza e alzo un po' i toni, sottolineando come sarebbe stato più professionale avvisarmi in anticipo, prima che il colloquio iniziasse, per evitare di perdere tempo.
La recruiter mi risponde scocciata che non mi devo permettere di dire agli altri come fare il proprio lavoro, che non ho rispetto del tempo altrui (ah, io??), e che se li consideravo una perdita di tempo allora sarebbe stato meglio terminare il processo di selezione.
Senza parole, vergogna!

When the day arrives, the recruiter informs me that, since her colleague has had a commitment and cannot be present, the interview would have been resolved anyway but, since the colleague is also keen to know me, it would have been necessary to fix another one.
I agree, I do the interview and at the end we agree on the next step: during the technical interview the colleague would also be present.
Except that, when the day arrives, this time it is not the colleague but the technician who is missing: "he had a commitment", I am therefore asked to do the same for this further interview, repeating the same things I had already said. in the previous one, to then set another date for the technical interview.
At this point I lose my patience and raise my tone a bit, underlining how it would have been more professional to notify me in advance, before the interview began, to avoid wasting time.
The recruiter replies annoyed that I do not have to allow myself to tell others how to do their job, that I have no respect for others' time (ah, me ??), and that if I considered them a waste of time then it would have been better to finish the selection process.
Speechless, shame!
