Peccato che scompaiano nel nulla senza farti mai piΓΉ sapere niente. Non affidatevi ad agenzie del genere, ma a veri professionisti!
 Experiences with this agency to say the least scandalous, they set appointments and show you houses with the promise to update you as soon as possible on the owner's decision. Too bad they disappear into thin air without ever letting you know anything again. Don't rely on such agencies, but on real professionals!

β β β β β I can't recommend renting on Via Cartolari 22. I haven't received my deposit back, so I paid 220 euro bills for the last month. Also bills were higher than they said at the begining each month. Be careful and it's better just find something on Facebook without commission and maybe with more honest landlord.

β β β β β We worked with Emilio and all came together nicely. Timing wasn't on our side with so few listings in Sept/Oct, but with enough persistence, Emilio helped us secure a nice flat on a 6 month rental in the city center. We plan to use the service again come the new year.

Iβve worked directly with Emilio and he made sure to provide me with everything Iβve needed as a foreign student, from visa process, university registration to even registering my appartemnt contract with the government, with no extra cost.
