Sin dall'inizio ho provato sensazioni positive nello showroom con Valentino Dovesi, altrettanto nel corso del sopralluogo e durante i lavori commissionati, sino alla fine.
Apprezzabile il confronto "committenza - impresa" con propensione all'ascolto ed al confronto, serietà e trasparenza nel preventivo e nei tempi, rispettati entrambi.
Seguendo quotidianamente i lavori e "vivendo il cantiere", ho riscontrato la sinergia costituita col team di lavoro, con gli artigiani che hanno prestato la loro opera, cogliendo anche l'occasione di farmi qualche risata con loro.
Come espressamente richiesto prima di affidare l'incarico, ovvero di "non correre dietro a nessuno", è stato pienamente soddisfatto; l'unico referente è stato Valentino che ha coordinato e scadenziato tempi ed interventi.
Gli imprevisti sono stati affrontati con professionalità e risolutezza, apprezzabile la disponibilità di un cambio specchiera "last minute" e di un articolo difettoso.
La formula "chiavi in mano esiste"!!

From the beginning I felt positive sensations in the showroom with Valentino Dovesi, equally during the inspection and during the commissioned works, right up to the end.
The "client - company" comparison with a propensity to listen and compare, seriousness and transparency in the estimate and on time, both respected, is appreciable.
Following the work on a daily basis and "experiencing the construction site", I found the synergy established with the work team, with the craftsmen who have lent their work, also taking the opportunity to have a few laughs with them.
As expressly requested before entrusting the assignment, or rather to "not run after anyone", he was fully satisfied; the only contact person was Valentino who coordinated and scheduled times and interventions.
Unforeseen events were dealt with with professionalism and resoluteness, the availability of a "last minute" mirror change and a defective item was appreciable.
The "turnkey" formula exists !!
