★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare! Premetto che ho provato diversi tolettatori (in tutta Italia e nella zona di Milano) e per esigenze ho dovuto recarmi qui, unico in Val d'Agri. Mancanza di igiene (utilizzo della stessa spugna e delle stesse asciugamani per il lavaggio di diversi cani), utilizzo di prodotti non certificati e mancanza di empatia e professionalità verso il cane. Mai più! Professionalità, empatia e pazienza inesistenti. Da evitare!
Absolutely to be avoided! I state that I have tried several groomers (throughout Italy and in the Milan area) and for needs I had to go here, the only one in Val d'Agri. Lack of hygiene (use of the same sponge and towels for washing different dogs), use of non-certified products and lack of empathy and professionalism towards the dog. Never again! Non-existent professionalism, empathy and patience. To avoid!
