Appena arrivo davanti al negozio la signora prende un cane per il collo per alzarlo da terra. Apre la porta e non saluta neanche, mi dice scortesemente che il mio cane è da tolettare quando il pelo gli è stato tagliato un mese fa. Arriva un’altra signora che, anche lei senza salutare, dice che il cane deve essere per forza toelettato. Lascio il cane alla signora che ci invita scortesemente e maleducatamente a lasciare il negozio e tornare dopo un’ora. Aspettiamo nelle vicinanze ed essendo ora di pranzo vedo le due signora che esco per andare a pranzare (quando l’orario mi era stato detto da loro) a questo punto una delle due signore si avvicina dicendomi in malo modo che avrebbe solo lavato il cane rifiutandosi di pettinarlo perché era infeltrito e pieno di nodi, cosa non vera perché lo spazzolo quasi tutti i giorni. A questo punto a colpa della loro maleducazione mi riprendo il cane senza che sia stato lavato. Me lo riconsegnano senza pettorina che ho dovuto richiedere alla signora. A star because I can't zero. Danila e Luciana mi hanno trasformato un'occasione di stress certo in una esperienza positiva per il cane. Sono persone oneste e dirette e mettono il benessere del cane al primo posto. Ogni tanto capita di inciampare in un posto che diventa subito insostituibile, a costo di fare 80 km andata e ritorno. Ora ho tre cani e Qua La Zampa per noi ormai è casa.
