S	Stefano Pio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho vissuto a Milano per un anno e mezzo e mi sono sempre rivolto a loro per gli sviluppi, sia di pellicole a colore che in bianco e nero. La qualità è impeccabile, loro sono velocissimi anche negli sviluppi. Se si portano le pellicole la mattina presto si possono già avere gli sviluppi verso l'ora di pranzo (tranne per quelle in bianco e nero, che invece vengono sviluppate solo una volta ogni due giorni, consiglio infatti di scattare con le ilford xp2 per avere lo stesso gli sviluppi in poco tempo). Qualcuno si lamenta dei prezzi alti, ma secondo me sono tutti soldi ben spesi. Inoltre offrono diversi tipi di scansione dei negativi: alta, media o bassa, quindi anche chi vuole spendere poco viene accontentato. Io ho sempre sviluppato in alta qualità e ho sempre ricevuto foto in 6774 × 4492 pixel. Questo mi permette di fare anche dei piccoli ritagli delle immagini mantenendo comunque una qualità altissima. Inoltre sono una garanzia, non mi hanno mai rovinato una pellicola e sono stati sempre gentilissimi quando ho chiesto delle accortezze su delle particolari scansioni. Senz'ombra di dubbio sono dei professionisti! I lived in Milan for a year and a half and I have always turned to them for the developments, both of color and black and white films. The quality is impeccable, they are also very fast in development. If you bring the films early in the morning you can already have the developments around lunchtime (except for those in black and white, which instead are developed only once every two days, in fact I recommend shooting with ilford xp2 to have the same developments in a short time). Some complain about the high prices, but in my opinion it's all money well spent. They also offer different types of negative scanning: high, medium or low, so even those on a budget are satisfied. I have always developed in high quality and have always received photos in 6774 × 4492 pixels. This allows me to make even small clippings of the images while maintaining a very high quality. They are also a guarantee, they have never ruined a film for me and they were always very kind when I asked for precautions on particular scans. Without a doubt they are professionals!

Per sapere i prezzi devo recarmi al loro punto vendita? Allibita, di certo non ci andrò e secondo me non è tanto legale non dare i prezzi alle cose RUDE. Non capisco per quale motivo questi esercenti continuano a fornire un servizio legato a UPS se evidentemente gli scoccia farlo. Trovo estremamente irrispettoso che mi si faccia provare la sensazione che mi stiano facendo un favore quando il servizio lo pago e loro vengono pagati per offrirlo (per scelta loro, mica sono obbligati). Mai più, pessima customer experience. You hope that the boys will assist you since the lady present is of an unprecedented rudeness and unavailability. I don't understand why these merchants continue to provide a UPS-related service if they obviously mind doing it. I find it extremely disrespectful that they let me feel that they are doing me a favor when I pay for the service and they get paid to provide it (by choice, they don't have to). Never again, bad customer experience.

M	Monica Gahit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a reply to the last review, I can confirm what she said. There's no need to lie. We have the proof that the film was switched with another person's. Mistakes can happen and it can be forgiven but the rudeness and the lack of honesty is unacceptable.

When I came back the following day to get my developped films, I found out that they had actually given me the pictures of another customer and gave mine to him. This kind of mistake happens, but the way the staff dealt with it was quite upsetting. They never apologized for this incident (that forced me to come back AGAIN the following day) or showed any signs of sympathy. Worse, they were actually a bit rude and definitely not welcoming at all. They made my companion and I feel like we were bothering them..even though we always stayed polite and tried to be understanding. Moreover, the price was quite high for the quality of the services.
