Era domenica e ovviamente non c’era nessuno di servizio, per cui ho fatto il self service ma ho avuto problemi, non mi è stata erogata la benzina dalla vostra pompa n.6. Ho in mano lo scontrino di “credito non utilizzato” ma in quello non c’è scritto il codice a 10 cifre, ho aspettato 15 minuti ma non é venuta fuori nessun’altra ricevuta. Vi chiedo un vostro recapito telefonico perché ora sono all’estero e il numero verde non funziona dall’estero oppure per cortesia scrivetemi una vostra e-mail, potete contattarmi anche via facebook, grazie.
I need to get in touch with you, I was yesterday to refuel at your Q8 distributor in Via Montescudo 2 in Ospedaletto di RN. It was Sunday and obviously there was no one on duty, so I did the self-service but I had problems, I was not supplied with petrol from your pump no.6. I have the "unused credit" receipt in my hand but the 10-digit code is not written in it, I waited 15 minutes but no other receipt came out.
