Ho portato la mia auto per la pulizia di DUE sedili. Al telefono mi avevano comunicato un importo, al ritiro dell auto me ne viene comunicato un altro più alto, semplicemente per arrotondare il conto. E oltretutto all accensione della macchina per portarla a casa, la macchina non andava più in moto. Pulendola hanno lasciato i fari accesi e l hanno completamente scaricata!!!! Avevo un appuntamento molto importante poco dopo il ritiro che a causa di questo ho dovuto disdire. I ragazzi si sono preoccupati di farmela ripartire ma del titolare neanche l ombra . Mi hanno lasciato un numero di telefono dove ha risposto un soggetto che mi ha detto 'la prossima volta vada da un altra parte se non è comprensiva.'
Veramente allibita del servizio ricevuto per l importo pagato! Mai più.
Absolutely BAD EXPERIENCE. To avoid !!!!
I took my car for cleaning TWO seats. On the phone they had communicated an amount to me, when I collect the car I am told another higher amount, simply to round up the bill. Moreover, when the car was turned on to take it home, the car no longer started. By cleaning it, they left the headlights on and completely discharged it !!!! I had a very important appointment shortly after the retirement which I had to cancel due to this. The boys took care to make me leave but not even the shadow of the owner. They left me a phone number where a person answered and said 'next time go somewhere else if you don't understand.'
Really shocked by the service received for the amount paid! Never again.
