Sono entrato dal lato sinistro (provenienza Vittuone) e dopo circa 3-4 minuti di attesa ho cercato di avvicinarmi alla pompa liberatasi. Sono stato fermato da un addetto perché sarei dovuto entrare dal lato destro (provenienza Corbetta) ed è stata fatta passare altra persona arrivata BEN DOPO di me dal lato destro (provenienza Corbetta).
Al contrario, la settimana scorsa ero entrato dal lato destro (provenienza Corbetta) ed ero stato ripreso da uno dei fratelli titolari perché avrei "rubato" il posto ad altra persona arrivata DOPO di me dal lato sinistro (provenienza Vittuone).
Totale incoerenza !
Se ci deve essere una direzione di ingresso la stessa deve essere chiaramente segnalata e non variare di volta in volta.
Oltre tutto mancanza di cortesia, si da parte del fratello titolare sia da parte dell'addetto.
Sono stato cliente per circa una quindicina di anni, ma sono costretto a prendere la decisione di cambiare distributore.

I entered from the left side (from Vittuone) and after about 3-4 minutes of waiting I tried to get closer to the released pump. I was stopped by an attendant because I should have entered from the right side (from Corbetta) and another person who arrived WELL AFTER me from the right side (from Corbetta) was let through.
On the contrary, last week I had entered from the right side (from Corbetta) and had been taken over by one of the owner brothers because I would have "stolen" the place from another person who arrived AFTER me from the left side (from Vittuone).
Total inconsistency!
If there is to be a direction of entry, it must be clearly marked and not change from time to time.
Above all lack of courtesy, both on the part of the owner brother and on the part of the assistant.
I have been a customer for about fifteen years, but I am forced to make the decision to change distributor.
