Faccio self e con lo scontrino della macchinetta chiedo gentilmente all’energumena signorina dentro lo sgabiotto una ricevuta o un semplice foglio timbrato con l’importo erogato per ricevere il rimborso che l’azienda per cui lavoro mi concede solo se allego entrambi i documenti.
Questa mi risponde che che quello “me lo devo far andar bene” ( testuali parole ) e se ne torna seduta a guardare il cellulare. Cerco di spiegarle gentilmente la situazione ma non c’e niente da fare, mi dice di tornare quando c’è il titolare, ma nn sa o nn vuole dirmi quando.

I do self and with the receipt of the machine I kindly ask the energetic young lady inside the closet for a receipt or a simple sheet stamped with the amount paid to receive the refund that the company I work for grants me only if I attach both documents.
This replies that that "I have to make it go well" (textual words) and she goes back to look at the phone. I try to kindly explain the situation to her but there is nothing to do, she tells me to come back when the owner is there, but she doesn't know or wants to tell me when.
