Waste of time: adhere to promotions for Vodafone customers, when requested to use a q8 ticket fuel voucher, 2 out of 2 employees cannot redeem (or do not want to do so), only wasting time and replying in a rude / annoyed way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo appena fermati per fare benzina, e dopo aver messo 20€, il contatore è sceso, ma la benzina non è uscita. Reclamando dentro, hanno detto “eh ma a me la pompa me la ha data l’erogazione”. Questi sono criminali, qualcuno dovrebbe chiamare i carabinieri! Assolutamente da evitare. Hanno anche cambiato il lato del servito con quello normale, e quelli del servito non portano nessuna divisa, così che ingannano le persone a farsi servire e pagare di più. Non rilasciano nemmeno scontrini!!!
We just stopped for petrol, and after putting in 20 €, the meter went down, but the petrol didn't come out. Complaining inside, they said "eh but I gave the pump to me". These are criminals, someone should call the carabinieri! Absolutely to be avoided. They also switched the served side to the normal side, and the served side didn't wear any uniforms, so they trick people into getting served and paying more. They don't even issue receipts !!!
