Noi abbiamo ricevuto un regalo e ci hanno detto che potevamo cambiarlo. Siamo andati subito dopo aver visto che un maglioncino era piccolo,mi serviva una taglia in più. Mi è stato detto che se non avevamo lo scontrino non lo cambiavano. Tutti i negozi fanno lo scontrino di cortesia....loro mi hanno detto che hanno una cassa vecchia. Ci serviva un 9 mesi anziché 6 mesi....niente cambio
It is a shop that does not issue a courtesy receipt.
We received a gift and they told us we could change it. We went immediately after seeing that a sweater was small, I needed an extra size. I was told that if we didn't have the receipt they wouldn't change it. All the shops make the courtesy receipt .... they told me they have an old cash register. We needed 9 months instead of 6 months ... no change
