Avevo già più apprezzato la vostra capacità di interpretare un menù a base di pesce diverso dal solito, ma oggi con piacere mi ritrovo nel vostro accogliente locale ad assaggiare antipasti rustici (con materie prime eccellenti) e sua maestà la PASTA, nella sua massima espressione La CARBONARA e la sua più eccellente comprimaria la CACIO e PEPE. Ci rivedremo prestissimo.
