Da subito mi è piaciuta l'impostazione del portale, chiaro, trasparente e con un'ampia scelta... La professionalità dell'azienda è stata da subito evidente grazie alla velocità con cui l'operatrice (Eleonora) mi ha contattata via chat dal sito per darmi supporto nella scelta della biancheria...Eleonora mi ha seguito con discrezione e competenza anche nei giorni successivi quando ho modificato l'ordine grazie ai suoi preziosi consigli. Ho ordinato e ricevuto la biancheria per la cameretta di mio figlio e sono rimasta completamente soddisfatta degli articoli (tutti su misura: leggerissimo piumino 100% d'oca , lenzuola e copripiumino in ottimo percalle, coprimaterassi). La consegna è avvenuta dopo 10gg esatti (come promesso), e, incredibile, negli orari che avevo richiesto. Belle le confezioni degli articoli, inseriti tutti in comode sacche. Complimenti a questa azienda made in italy dai prezzi perfettamente in linea con la qualità... I ordered and received the linen for my son's bedroom and I was completely satisfied with the items (all made to measure: very light, 100% goose down, sheets and duvet cover in excellent percale, mattress covers). The delivery took place after exactly 10 days (as promised), and, incredibly, the times that I had requested. Belle packs of items, all included in the pockets comfortable. Nonostante io abbia fatto notare numerosi difetti nella manifattura, il problema è stato addossato a terzi, palesando così grande irresponsabilità. Ho dato più possibilità di ravvedimento, ma sicuramente, arrivati a questo punto, trarrò le mie conclusioni. Si percepisce da subito la elevatissima qualità del prodotto, tutti gli imballaggi sono altamente curati, mai viste delle lenzuola impacchettate in eleganti buste di stoffa con nastro! Davvero strabiliante. I colori, soprattutto se vivaci, sono stupendi ed hanno una elevata resistenza al lavaggio; sono anche facili da stirare. Precisi ed altamente qualificati durante la fase di acquisto e scelta, puntuali nella consegna. Io ho acquistato 3 parure con copri piumino su misura king size, sia in percalle, che in cotone extrafine e sono letteralmente estasiata dal mio acquisto. The colors, especially if bright, are gorgeous and have a high resistance to washing; they are also easy to iron. Precise and highly qualified during the purchase and choice phase, punctual in delivery. I purchased 3 sets of king size duvet covers, both in percale and extra-fine cotton and I am literally delighted by my purchase. I highly recommend this company and, for sure, from now on, I will buy my underwear exclusively from them. Congratulations to all the staff, good good!
