Ceretta: servizio rapido ma non frettoloso, delicato nelle zone più sensibili, risultato eccellente.
Pulizia viso: rilassante oltre che efficace; possibilità di scegliere (pulizia base o più arricchita); metodi innovativi e meno aggressivi (non più vaporizzatore ma maschera termica).
Personale: cordiale dalla prenotazione fino alla fine, non invadente ma allo stesso tempo accogliente.
Ambiente e pulizia: semplice, di classe, pulito e curato.Ogni operazione è stata condotta nel rispetto delle linee anti covid.
Rapporto Qualità prezzo: ottimo.
In caso non si fosse capito, sono più che soddisfatta.

Waxing: quick but not hasty service, delicate in the most sensitive areas, excellent result.
Facial cleansing: relaxing as well as effective; possibility to choose (basic or more enriched cleaning); innovative and less aggressive methods (no longer vaporizer but thermal mask).
Staff: friendly from booking to the end, unobtrusive but welcoming at the same time.
Environment and cleanliness: simple, classy, clean and well cared for. Each operation was conducted in compliance with the anti-covid guidelines.
Value for money: excellent.
In case you didn't understand, I'm more than satisfied.

Il lavoro fatto è impreciso, ha letteralmente spezzato parecchi peli e ne ha lasciati tanti, inoltre ha utilizzato una spatola di metallo, quindi per niente igienica, ha disinfettato le mani ma non ha utilizzato i guanti. Prezzo ottimo ma che comunque non giustifica il cattivo lavoro. Inoltre hanno avuto mezz'ora di ritardo. Viste le recensioni mi aspettavo un servizio decisamente migliore. Tuttavia la ragazza è stata comunque molto gentile e simpatica.
Groin waxing failed. The work done is inaccurate, he literally broke several hairs and left many, he also used a metal spatula, therefore not at all hygienic, he disinfected his hands but did not use gloves. Great price but that does not justify bad work. They also had half an hour late. Given the reviews, I expected a much better service. However, the girl was still very kind and nice.

I did laser hair removal at this center. I got very good results unlike other centers I have been to previously. Staff very friendly, helpful and precise in their work. Highly recommended for laser hair removal.
