Ho fatto i confetti del matrimonio e oltre a doverli rincorrere quotidianamente (una marea di telefonate e messaggi a cui non ottenevo mai risposte) alla fine mi sono ritrovata i biglietti interni con UN ALTRO NOME ANZICHÉ IL MIO, nonostante l'ultima bozza pre stampa fosse già stata corretta. Ovviamente me ne sono accorta una settimana dopo le nozze e cioè quando i confetti erano già stati dati a tutti gli invitati! L'attenzione al cliente è stata pari a zero

I made the wedding confetti and in addition to having to chase them every day (a lot of phone calls and messages to which I never got answers) in the end I found the internal tickets with ANOTHER NAME INSTEAD OF MINE, despite the last pre-press draft being already been corrected. Obviously I noticed it a week after the wedding and that is when the confetti had already been given to all the guests! The attention to the customer was zero
