Ho il computer rotto , e per individuare il problema occorre il cavo , il mio non funziona quindi loro avrebbero dovuto fare una prova con uno loro. Mi hanno fatto andare , però , ben 6 VOLTE , DICO 6 VOLTE a vuoto perché loro non avevano un cavo!!
Io ho bisogno del pc per motivi di lavoro e non posso stare a perdere tanto tempo. Ogni volta non aveva ancora quel cavo . Oggi , la sesta volta a vuoto!!
Oggi erano direttamente chiusi senza un perché e senza un avviso , ho aspettato mezz'ora li davanti ma non hanno aperto.
Servizio pessimo , inconcludente , esperienza davvero negativa.
Ho messo una stella perché non potevo mettere mezza stella o 0 stelle.

Bad service, I strongly advise against it. My computer is broken, and to find the problem I need the cable, mine doesn't work so they should have tested one of them. They made me go, however, 6 TIMES, I SAY 6 TIMES empty because they didn't have a cable !!
I need a PC for work reasons and I can't waste a lot of time. Each time he still didn't have that cable. Today, the sixth time empty !!
Today they were directly closed without a reason and without a warning, I waited half an hour in front of them but they did not open.
Bad service, inconclusive, really bad experience.
I put a star because I couldn't put half star or 0 stars.
