"Momentaneamente" con una spesa di € 45 .Dico momentaneamente
perché dopo 4 giorni l'apparecchio è di nuovo non funzionante.
Ricontatto il 16.11.2021 nuovamente la Punto Clima che mi fissa un
nuovo appuntamento per il 2 Dicembre (Dicendomi che sono Incasinati !!!! ) dimenticandosi che avrei dovuto avere una priorità in quanto erano intervenuti sull'impianto da pochi giorni.
Il 2 Dicembre, passato da oltre 30 minuti l'orario fissato, contatto per
avere conferma dell'intervento tecnico, e mi rispondono che essendo "Incasinati" devono posticipare l'intervento al 6 Dicembre.
Oggi 6 Dicembre passato l'orario concordato mi dicono le stesse cose
della volta precedente, facendomi perdere due mattinate di lavoro.
Tutto questo mi fa capire che tale società non è professionalmente seria.
I requested assistance from Punto Clima for my BWT softener which needed maintenance. They set me an appointment for 11-12-2021. One of their technicians intervenes promptly to solve the problem
"Momentarily" with a cost of € 45. I say momentarily
because after 4 days the appliance is not working again.
I contact the Climate Point again on 16.11.2021, which fixes me a
new appointment for December 2nd (Telling me that they are Messed up !!!!) forgetting that I should have had a priority as they had been working on the system a few days ago.
On 2 December, after more than 30 minutes the fixed time, contact for
have confirmation of the technical intervention, and they answer me that being "Messed up" they have to postpone the intervention to December 6th.
Today December 6 past the agreed time they tell me the same things
the previous time, making me miss two mornings of work.
All this makes me understand that this company is not professionally serious.
