Alla fine....4 settimane per ripararla,90 euro più IVA per la sostituzione del telo completo perché rotto anche se a me non risultava, e nemneno una telefonata per avvisare della sostituzione. Nessuna garanzia. Chiesto chiarimenti sia al tecnico che al punto vendita ma nessuno si è più fatto sentire.... Prodotti e professionalità molto discutibile.... Called to repair a mosquito net, bought for less than two years for which I thought of as a guarantee, for the unloaded rewinding spring, so at least the report issued by the technician said. At the end ... 4 weeks to repair it, 90 euros plus VAT for the replacement of the complete cloth because it broke even if it didn't appear to me, and not even a phone call to inform of the replacement. No guarantee. I asked for clarifications from both the technician and the point of sale but no one made itself heard anymore. Very questionable products and professionalism ....

Una volta arrivato il preventivo (prezzo esorbitante) ho chiesto qualche modifica sottolineando il budjet.. Sparita nel nulla colei che mi mandò il primo prev. Della serie non abbiamo voglia di impegnarci più di tanto. Ovviamente ci siamo rivolti altrove I turned to them for a quote .. No inspection .. A month to receive it .. Once I got the quote (exorbitant price) I asked for some changes pointing out the budjet .. disappeared into nothing she who sent me the first prev. We do not want to commit ourselves too much to the series. Obviously we looked elsewhere
