Non ci sono parcheggi disabili e comunque i disabili non possono accedere per via delle scale. Barriere architettoniche ovunque. Non è cambiato nulla dall'ultima volta che sono stato in questo negozio. Speriamo che facciano miglioramenti a favore dei non deambulanti e delle mamme con bambini in carrozzina. Well-stocked shop, attentive and kind staff, unfortunately there are no parking spaces reserved for the shop so finding a parking space is an indifferent business. There are no disabled parking spaces and in any case disabled people cannot access via the stairs. Architectural barriers everywhere. Nothing has changed since the last time I was in this shop. We hope they make improvements in favor of the non-ambulatory and mothers with children in wheelchairs.

Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto in primis perché non ci sono tutti questi prezzi convenienti e in secundis perché regna il caos più totale e in più nessuno con la mascherina. Raccomando a tutti i futuri clienti di pagare con la CARTA e non con banconote per non imbattersi in brutte esperienze, dato che sono stati in grado di rubarmi davanti all'evidenza 15 euro e ho letto anche di altri signori a cui è capitata la stessa cosa, sarebbe assolutamente da segnalare alle autorità competenti! Oggi torno in negozio alle 11 e purtroppo le loro politiche non lo permettono. Ho parlato con la referente del reparto che mi ha permesso in via eccezionale il cambio , abbiamo rispettato la legge del commercio che dice che è possibile cambiare un prodotto entro 14 giorni basta che sia intatto ed io mi sono presentata li 12 ore dopo circa. Probabilmente il mio atteggiamento è stato un pò agitato, ma una dipendente è stata scortese dicendo ad alta voce che dato che cliente era agitato lei non avrebbe per questione di principio cambiato il prodotto. BISOGNEREBBE FARE UN CORSO DI FORMAZIONE PIU DETTAGLIATO A QUESTO TIPO DI DIPENDENTI, che non sanno stare al loro posto e CHE IN MODO POCO PROFESSIONALE FANNO COMMENTI AD ALTA VOCE. Ringrazio la professionalità della referente del reparto che in modo molto garbato ha sopportato l'evento. Ci tornerò di sicuro.
