Dopo una ventina di giorni sono andato al “punto vendita” chiedendo non un cambio, ma la sostituzione di un articolo guasto (constatato anche da una addetta), cosa che è stata rifiutata in quanto in calce allo scontrino compare una curiosa scritta: cambio merce 8 giorni dall’emissione
A prescindere dal costo mi sembra di non essermi trovato in un negozio che non cura il cliente quale patrimonio dell’azienda, ma come un pollo da spennare.
Comunque da modesto tecnico ho testato la torcia trovando l’inconveniente che però non segnalo: immagino che altri clienti abbiano avuto il mio problema, ma forse sostituito l’articolo con qualcosa altro ed in tempo utile.
Ho chiesto di parlare con il titolare, ma non è stato possibile: se questa è la politica commerciale la ritengo priva di logica e comunque hanno perso un cliente lasciando ad altri ogni considertazione

Regardless of the cost, it seems to me that I have not found myself in a shop that does not look after the customer as a company asset, but as a chicken to be plucked.
However, as a modest technician, I tested the flashlight and found the drawback that I do not point out: I imagine that other customers have had my problem, but perhaps I replaced the item with something else and in good time.
I asked to speak with the owner, but it was not possible: if this is the commercial policy I consider it devoid of logic and in any case they have lost a customer, leaving all considerations to others
