Non hanno saputo trovare una soluzione per accontentarmi e, nonostante questo, ho dovuto sentirmi dire che avrei dovuto pagare nel caso mi avessero rifatto il lavoro. Zero professionalità, a mio parere non sanno cosa significa vivere davvero il lavoro e non sanno accettare che gli sbagli commessi da loro devono ricadere sulle loro spese, e non su quelle del cliente. Non mi vedranno di nuovo in questo negozio nemmeno sotto minaccia. Esperienza terribile, da dimenticare. Sconsiglierò a chiunque.
Long waiting times, disproportionate prices and they managed to make mistakes with simple photocopies. They were unable to find a solution to satisfy me and, despite this, I had to be told that I would have to pay in case they did my job again. Zero professionalism, in my opinion they don't know what it means to really live the job and they don't know how to accept that the mistakes made by them must fall on their expenses, and not on those of the customer. They won't see me again in this shop even under threat. Terrible experience, to forget. I will not recommend to anyone.
