★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il primo impatto con la struttura non è stato molto invitante: mi accoglie un'impiegata scorbutica, intimandomi di posare immediatamente l'ombrello nel portaombrelli (l'avevo appoggiato per terra). Il portaombrelli sembrava una pattumiera ( c'erano fazzoletti usati e altro).
La visita medica è andata bene, il dottore è stato cortese (era una semplice visita per il certificato non agonistica per la palestra), il prezzo è competitivo ( 35 euro)
Sicuramente per alcune dipendenti ci vorrebbe un breve corso di comunicazione con il cliente...
The first impact with the structure was not very inviting: a grumpy employee welcomes me, intimating me to immediately put the umbrella in the umbrella stand (I had placed it on the ground). The umbrella stand looked like a dustbin (there were used tissues and more).
The medical examination went well, the doctor was courteous (it was a simple visit for the non-competitive certificate for the gym), the price is competitive (35 euros)
Certainly some employees would need a short communication course with the customer ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito di visita medico sportiva, non mi è stato rilasciato il certificato poiché giudicato ‘non idoneo’. Mi hanno quindi consigliato di fare ecografia al cuore (altri 70€) per poi dirmi che era tutto ok. Io non voglio pensar male, prima la salute. Lascio questa recensione per prevenire casi di truffa nel caso si sospettino più casi di simili furbizie (perseguibili penalmente) da parte del personale medico.
Following a sports medical visit, the certificate was not issued to me because it was deemed 'unsuitable'. They then advised me to have an ultrasound scan of my heart (another 70 €) and then tell me that everything was ok. I don't want to think badly about health first. I leave this review to prevent scam cases if more cases of similar cunningness (criminally prosecuted) are suspected by medical personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e la mia famiglia (genitori con diverse patologie) ci siamo affidati al Punto Salute ormai da tanti anni. Viaggio molto per lavoro in tutta Italia mi sono capitate delle emergenze fuori Piemonte e devo essere sincera nel dire che nessun luogo ha saputo assistermi come ha fatto il personale medico del Punto Salute, ci fidiamo solo più del loro parere. Medici seri, scrupolosi ed a prezzi molto accessibili. In una delle situazioni critiche riguardanti mio padre, oltre ad aver fatto una diagnosi rapida e dettagliata il direttore Sanitario Dr. Gambardella, la Sig.ra Rita dopo averci accolto come sempre con un sorriso e molta disponibilità, ci ha ancora chiamato (fuori orario lavorarivo) per sapere come stava mio padre, sfido qualsiasi studio medico a trovare del personale così dedito e preciso nel proprio mestiere. Grazie di tutto!
My family and I (parents with various pathologies) have trusted the Health Point for many years now. I travel a lot for work throughout Italy I have had emergencies outside Piedmont and I must be honest in saying that no place has been able to assist me like the medical staff of the Punto Salute, we only trust their opinion. Serious, scrupulous and very affordable doctors. In one of the critical situations concerning my father, in addition to having made a rapid and detailed diagnosis, the Health Director Dr. Gambardella, Ms Rita after welcoming us as always with a smile and a lot of availability, still called us (after working hours) ) to find out how my father was, I challenge any doctor's office to find such dedicated and precise staff in their profession. Thanks for everything!

Preciso dopo il commento del proprietario che non mi è stato risposto sgarbatamente, o come si insinua che mi debbo porre diversamente con chi lavora.Semplicemente mi è stato detto e anche gentilmente che se pagavo in contanti c'era lo sconto.Quindi il fatto di essere soli a rispondere o che io mi devo porre diversamente non c'entra nulla. Le pare? Siccome è la 1 volta che mi capita di avere uno sconto...lo trovo curioso. Tutto qui. Ognuno si farà un' idea sul perché ho dato una stella .Il vostro commento successivo conferma l'unica stella. Ricordo che per poter fare detrazione fiscale bisogna pagare con bancomat. Magari provate a porvi diversamente con gli utenti. Buona vita anche a lei

I specify after the owner's comment that I was not answered rudely, or how it insinuates that I have to put myself differently with those who work.I was simply told and also politely that if I paid in cash there was a discount. being alone to answer or that I have to put myself differently has nothing to do with it. Do you think so? Since it is the 1st time that I happen to have a discount ... I find it curious. That's all. Everyone will get an idea as to why I gave a star. Your next comment confirms the only star. I remember that in order to make a tax deduction you have to pay by debit card. Maybe try to put yourself differently with users. Good life to you too
