Giovedì 7 Novembre chiamo per sapere se potevano fare un'analisi presente nel loro sito (145 €)

arrivato nella struttura, si accorgono che non hanno le fialette per l'analisi, peccato: torni lunedì
Lunedì pomeriggio mi chiamano e mi dicono :" le fiale sono arrivate, venga pure", parto...
arrivato nella struttura mi dicono che però le analisi vanno fatte di mattina...
Arrivo martedì mattina a fare le analisi, (siamo il 13 Novembre) mi consegnano un foglio in cui ho i miei dati di accesso da inserire in un portale...
le analisi sarebbero dovute essere pronte il 25 Novembre.
..chiaramente : nulla.
scrivo al laboratorio il 26 Novembre e mi dicono :"le analisi saranno pronte per il 2 Dicembre".
Bon, credo di aver detto tutto.

the analyzes should have been ready on November 25th.
.. clearly: nothing.
I write to the lab on November 26th and they tell me: "the analyzes will be ready for December 2nd".
Bon, I think I said it all.
