Questa mattina sono passata in tre orari diversi per ritirare i miei esami e non mi è stato possibile farlo. All'ultimo accesso (dieci minuti prima della chiusura del centro) la cassa era già chiusa e sono stata nuovamente rimbalzata. Sono allibita, in tutto ciò ho perso pure mezza mattinata di lavoro!
