★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un pacco Amazon da ritirare qui, ma la commessa mi disse, molto scontrosamente, che non era possibile ora dato che “deve ancora riordinare i pacchi ricevuti”. Il mio pacco, quindi, c’era ma non potevo ritirarlo! Non mi aspettavo un servizio così pessimo!
I ordered an Amazon package to pick up here, but the saleswoman told me, very grumpily, that it wasn't possible now as she "has yet to reorder the packages received". My package, therefore, was there but I could not collect it! I was not expecting such bad service!
