La realtà incontra le aspettative: sapore delicato, condimento gustoso e fantasioso, sapori omogenei e ben accoppiati. Una pizza che sazia e soddisfa senza appesantire. Se fossi costretto ad additare un difetto direi solo il tipo d'impasto perché molto sottile e forse un po' troppo croccante per i miei gusti (al Sud sono abituato e pizze più gommose), ma questo non sminuisce il sapore sopraffino e confermo parimenti le 5 stelle: consigliatissimo! Oltretutto il personale è estremamente gentile, accoglie molto cordialmente tutti i clienti. We went with friends to eat a recommended pizza, the Silvio 5. La pizza è sempre ottima, gli ingredienti freschissimi e di nicchia, dalle cipolle di Tropea autentiche fino a prosciutto, salsiccia e formaggi vari. È un piacere mangiare la loro pizza! I live very close, and in case of need I go to them. The pizza is always excellent, the freshest and niche ingredients, from authentic Tropea onions to ham, sausage and various cheeses. Arrivo alla pizzeria cinque minuti prima della mia consegna, c'erano delle persone che mi passavano davanti entrando e uscendo dalla pizzeria, passano venti minuti, parlando con tre signore, scopro che nessuna aveva prenotato con anticipo telefonicamente come invece ho fatto io, MI SONO VISTA PASSARE MOLTE PERSONE DAVANTI, ho chiesto loro a che ora fosse il loro appuntamento e mi hanno risposto 19:40! NONOSTANTE FOSSERO GIA PASSATI BEN VENTICINQUE MINUTI, Sono entrata nel negozio per chiedere se si erano PER CASO DIMENTICATI DEL MIO ORDINE (CHE, PUO' ACCADERE TRANQUILLAMENTE), CONSIGLIO ALLA PROPRIETARIA: INVECE DI INVENTARE FROTTOLE SUL RITARDO, SAREBBE STATO CARINO PIUTTOSTO SCUSARSI PER L'ERRORE E SOPRATTUTTO PER LA DIMENTICANZA! Peccato per voi perchè abito vicino, e stasera vi ho pagato 28 euro, se aveste ammesso le vostre mancanze forse sarei tornata! Adieu! I miei migliori complimenti ? Simply a place that truly deserves, I left 5 stars because their pizzas are something out of the ordinary, really, really good and above all they don't stick in your stomach. My best compliments ?

Silvio e famiglia negli anni hanno sempre mantenuto alta la qualità delle materie prime e le loro pizze rimangono sempre le migliori. Tra i pochi a fare la Pizza Parmigiana con melanzane fritte, per non parlare della Silvio5 e Sovrana... Bravi continuate così! Filippo. My boyfriend was very happy about that and the place was so friendly and local. The menu is limited, but everything they make is very authentic. If you want a good Milano experience, go here for sure!
