E' il secondo anno che usiamo il servizio Punto NCC e ci troviamo benissimo. Il conducente (Valentino) e' puntuale e molto gentile, guida benissimo, e useremo il servizio ancora in futuro!!

Ottimo servizio per precisione cortesia e professionalità. L auto (van 7 posti mercedes) molto comoda e in perfetto ordine. Valentino il nostro autista molto cortese e professionale.

Abbiamo usato questo servizio per andare a Malpensa. Valentino si è dimostrato ineccepibile. Puntuale educato e il mezzo in perfetto ordine. Ottimo servizio. Consigliamo vivamente.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! After the Juventus Vs AC Milan game, we called this company (we spoke to Valentino). We asked how much it would cost to take us back to the centre of town. Valentino stated it would be 70 euros. I asked Valentino why it was so expensive. He said it is because the car was a people carrier (7 people). He asked how many people were in our group. I stated there are three of us AND explained I will try and see if any other tourists would like to share our cab, seeing as the price was for a seven seater car. Three tourists asked if they could jump into our cab, I said yes, making the total 6 people. When Valentino arrived, he stated that every extra person would be an additional 10 Euros. Therefore, he wanted 70 euros for three people plus an extra 10 euros for every other person, bringing the total to 100 Euros!!!! Two of the tourists decided to walk, leaving four of us to pay 80 Euros. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I get the impression they wait around after match days so they can prey on tourists trying to get back to the town centre!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! Response to “Response from Owner” (date 26th Nov 2019) Valentino did not inform us about the extra 10 euros per person until he arrived. This is the whole point of me writing this review. If Valentino had informed us on the phone, we would have never asked other tourists to jump in our taxi! Think about it. When the taxi arrived, we had to explain to the other tourists the price has now gone up. Would we do that to tourists who are in the same boat as us??? Trying to get back to the town centre??? We never asked for more than one stop. This is a lie!! We asked to be dropped off in the centre. One stop only. No-one asked to be dropped off in different places. Everybody agreed to be dropped in the centre where their hotels are located! My advice to PunoNCC and Valentino is this, if you don’t want people leaving negative reviews about your company, you should conduct yourselves in the correct manner. Tell people the EXACT price from the start and then people can make the decision. Increasing the price on arrival is not acceptable. As I stated in my previous post, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Great and reliable service! They were always on time and very professional during our trip to Turin. Both Valentino and Ana Maria are very polite and great drivers. The cars were clean and well maintained. We appreciate their help and will be calling them again whenever we'll be going back.
