Danno colpa alla piattaforma dove vengono caricati, ma invece chi lo fa in farmacia lo riceve dopo massimo 40 minuti. Nello stesso giorno fatto al mattino alle 10,ricevuto dopo le 12; un mio amico in farmacia fatto alle 11 e ricevuto alle 11.30, e tutti i giorni è sempre cosi, quindi smettete di dare colpa alla piattaforma, avete voi un problema. Innanzitutto il prezzo è esorbitante € 172, ma sorvoliamo su questo, mi è stato fatto con molta professionalità. La cosa che però non posso accettare è il trattamento ricevuto da parte delle due tizie allo sportello di accettazione, sono veramente maleducate, cafone, e mia figlia ( che mi ha accompagnato) ed io siamo state trattate molto male da loro, non ho potuto non pensare che ci trattassero così perché siamo nere. Comunque, vi consiglio di mettere un sistema elimina coda o almeno uno di quei distributori a chiocciola per prendere il numero onde evitare conflitti mentre si aspetta il proprio turno. Ho dato tre stelle per il modo molto professionale in cui mi è stato eseguito il tampone. E anche se mi è stato chiesto da tante mie colleghe di lavoro delle delucidazioni su dove avesse effettuato il tampone molecolare così velocemente non mi sento di consigliare la vostra clinica dato che la prima impressione è importante e trattare le persone (paganti) con rispetto è fondamentale; purtroppo grazie a le vostre impiegate allo sportello per noi è stata una brutta esperienza. Esperienza molto positiva, centro medico completo, sia per quanto riguarda la diagnostica che la cura. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ho portato la mamma ( 85 anni) dal dott Bonzanini per un problema alla spalla. Ho trovato competenza e professionalità, ma anche tanta gentilezza ed umanità, nonché propensione a spiegare la patologia e la cura da fare, una persona disponibile a rispondere alle domande dei pazienti.
