Ho comperato una theiera in ghisa per regalare i primi di ottobre , usata due volte questa presentava subito dei segni di ruggine , da notare che tale theiera non costava due euro . Mi sono recato presso il punto vendita in data odierna 30/10 per far notare il tutto ai titolari del negozio , dopo un’esame accurato e un lavaggio effettuato sul posto della suddetta theiera mi veniva detto che tutto ciò era normale e che me la sarei dovuta tenere così . Me ne sono andato senza fare polemiche ma consapevole del fatto che se tale articolo lo avessi comperato su Amazon lo avrei pagato 10,00 euro in meno e poi comunque lo avrei potuto restituire senza problemi . Tutto ciò mi serva da lezione MAI più da PUNTO CASA . I went to this historic shop in Brescia choosing to let the private sector work at the expense of the giants of the web. I bought a cast iron tea pot to give as a gift in early October, used twice this immediately showed signs of rust, note that this tea pot didn't cost two euros. I went to the point of sale today 30/10 to point everything out to the owners of the shop, after a careful examination and a washing carried out on the spot of the aforementioned tea pot I was told that all this was normal and that I would have it had to keep it that way. I left without making controversies but aware of the fact that if I had bought this item on Amazon I would have paid 10.00 euros less and then in any case I could have returned it without problems. All this serves me as a lesson NEVER again from PUNTO HOME.
