★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio inesistente , arroganti , corriere/tram che si allagano all'interno quando piove, d'estate non funziona mai il condizionatore, alle fermate passano quasi sempre 5/10 min prima e invece che aspettare alla fermata tirano dritto non rispettando gli orari prescritti....IO MI CHIEDO COME È POSSIBILE PAGARE ABBONAMENTI E BIGLIETTI VARI SE IL SERVIZIO È PENOSO!!!!! FATE PRIMA A CHIUDERE ???
Service non-existent, arrogant, courier / tram that floods inside when it rains, the air conditioner never works in the summer, almost always 5/10 minutes before the stops and instead of waiting at the stop they go straight ahead not respecting the prescribed times. ... I ASK HOW IT IS POSSIBLE TO PAY SUBSCRIPTIONS AND VARIOUS TICKETS IF THE SERVICE IS PENIOUS !!!!! CLOSE FIRST ???

Good point as in front of the station, the employees who work behind the counter, are kind, friendly and professional ....

Nothing to say about the operators, good and patient. But it is a very small and often crowded place, without a waiting room, in winter it makes its difference ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai avuto a che fare con i mezzi pubblici... quest'anno per la prima volta ho avuto a che fare con un abbonamento scolastico per mia figlia. Cesena-Forlimpopoli... pazzesco. In compenso la signorina con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare è stata gentilissima...
Never had anything to do with public transport ... this year for the first time I had to deal with a school pass for my daughter. Cesena-Forlimpopoli ... crazy. On the other hand, the young lady we had to deal with was very kind ...
