★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese a livelli vergognosi, non sono stati capaci di collegare un telepass ad un bancoposta, limitandosi a dire (dopo aver preso tutti i dati) "deve chiedere alla posta", trattamento del cliente superficiale e zero capacità di consiglio per la risoluzione del problema, mi sento di sconsigliare categoricamente l'affidamento a questo punto di assistenza.
Rude staff to shameful levels, they were unable to connect a telepass to a post office, simply saying (after taking all the data) "must ask the mail", superficial treatment of the customer and zero ability to advise for the resolution of the problem , I would categorically advise against relying on this service point.
